Precise Geolocation (GPS): To show available rental items near your current location. This is a core feature of the app.
Media & Device Access: Camera and Gallery access to upload photos of items for listing. We also collect Device IDs (IMEI/IP) for security and fraud prevention.

3. Infrastructure & Third-Party Services

We use industry-leading professional platforms to run our services securely:

Hosting & Security: Our backend is powered by Firebase (Google) and Vercel, utilizing their advanced firewalls and world-class data encryption.
Advertisements: We may display ads via Google AdMob.
Maps & Navigation: We use Google Maps API to facilitate location-based search.
Communication: Users can directly communicate via WhatsApp or Phone calls integrated within the app.

4. Subscription & Refund Policy

No-Refund: BCallit operates as a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) listing platform. Once a subscription fee is paid, it is Non-Refundable.

Data Retention: In compliance with financial and tax regulations, transaction records are maintained in our secure database for the required legal duration.

5. Data Security & Protection

Your data is protected using AES-256 bit encryption and TLS 1.3 protocols during transit. By using Firebase and Vercel, we ensure that your information is stored behind professional-grade security systems.

6. User Rights & Account Deletion

Account Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the App.
Data Erasure: Upon account deletion, all personal identifiers (Name, Phone, Email) will be purged from our active systems within 30 days.

Platform Status: BCallit is an intermediary platform. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the condition of items listed.

Liability: BCallit is not responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of items rented through the platform. Users are encouraged to verify the identity (ID Proof) of the other party personally before transactions.

Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, India.
